Stacy Tylka
PT, DPT, WCS, CLT
Stacy Tylka earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University. She certified in Lymphedema Therapy through Klose Training & the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA). She is also a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Stacy joined the Klose Training faculty in 2012.
Stacy has treated individuals with lymphedema of the head & neck, extremities, and trunk since 2003. She currently practices and teaches physical therapy at Washington University’s Program in Physical Therapy in St. Louis, MO, where she is a Professor. Her clinic partners with Siteman Cancer Center and Barnes-Jewish Hospital to promote a thorough, pro-active continuum of care for cancer survivors and patients living with lymphedema. She is part of a team of clinicians and clinics that are recognized as a LERN Lymphedema Network of Excellence.
Stacy is also active as a mentor for Washington University’s Clinical Residency in Women’s Health and the director of Washington University School of Medicine’s Pro Bono Health Clinic.

This engaging 135-hr course teaches the skills and knowledge necessary to safely and effectively treat patients with lymphedema using Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). You will learn Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), compression bandaging, skin care, and appropriate exercises. At the conclusion of the course, you will be certified in Lymphedema Therapy (CLT) and can immediately start working with patients.
